Very easy to talk to and quick to answer and and all questions we asked, as well as to sit down and explain how certain values came up and what could be done where to adjust things. The only downside is that our mortgage was sold off almost immediately (before our first payment), meaning as great as this process was, we have an unknown going forward there.

I have worked with Rob since our first mortgage 6 years ago. He also helped with a refinance 5 years ago and now this refinance. What I like is that he continues to communicate with me via texts or emails. Is aware and takes note of what I am interested in. There was a hiccup regarding one small issue at the close but he took care if it immediately and we were able to finish the closing. I am up front and honest with Rob and I like that he is the same with me. I value this relationship.
