The whole team made buying our house a breeze, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak. The build of our home was postponed and VIP made sure we were all covered and ready to go as soon as the build resumed and we were able to close. The "cash to bring to closing" information changed a couple times (by not-insignificant amounts). The house wound up needing to be appraised, which added several hundred dollars to the estimate, and homeowners insurance wound up needing to be paid upfront rather than coming out a "wash" from the escrow transfer. Tim did a good job of explaining all of this, but it would have been nice to know earlier in the process.
