There were many programs to select from (including up-front PMI payoff) and he guided us through them to find the most advantageous options for our situation. He was readily available by SMS and answered all of my novice questions. Brian knew his finance tricks and recommended means of payment to maximize amount going toward principal for an earlier payoff date.
