Your organization's efforts to provide an end-to-end automated and self-serve model needs work. We were inundated with auto-generated emails, along with documents that were mailed to us via USPS, which caused us confusion. What's worse is the fact that we received email notifications from multiple and different sources regarding information requests. These requests did not come from your organization, but others that we had never heard about. Again, the cause of confusion.
