The Murrietta team is very thorough. There are no surprises that pop up on the lending side that could derail this transaction. Most times the loans are ready to close even earlier than our agreed upon date. They do an amazing job of keeping clients and agents updated with weekly calls and emails. I never have to say "I wonder what is going on with that loan" Never!
