Jason's team at VIP Mortgage took care of our Re-Fi in record time - from start to finish was under 3 weeks! The title company took longer than expected to send us our proceeds check, so I contacted VIP Mortgage and someone hand delivered my check within a couple hours. Sam Team is great! They are knowledgable and responsive! The rate they provided is very competitive though not the lowest among what I was offered. I picked them because of their excellent service. They picked up or returned my call in the early morning and late evening. When purchasing a home, we are dealing with multiple groups each presented some level of uncertainty. With a reliable lender team, that can save us a lot of time! I would strongly recommend Sam!
