My wife and I had the pleasure working with Terri Greif. This was our first time purchasing a home and she made sure to be there for us every step of the way even if that meant going above and beyond her call of duty. We were purchasing a home in CO site unseen from NY, which was an already stressful experience. When it came to the loan process, Tim and crew came recommend with the benefit of them being local and I can see why. Tim, Will and team where always prompt in responses, upfront with potential roadblocks, thorough in explanations, provided me with what I asked for and advised of smarter alternatives when available, and always with enthusiasm and clarity. Alan went over and beyond my expectancy regarding service, professionalism, & efficiency throughout the entire loan servicing process. Rob is a very devoted Mortgage Loan Officer. He had moved the mountains (more than one) to get my daughter and I into our new home. Talk about jumping over hoops and overcoming obstacles with this mortgage loan, he stood closer than brother who cares. He did not give up on this deal and kept me in check to keep the faith and think positive. I did.
