Easiest mortgage I've ever done!!!! Allen and Collette were very encouraging and didn't beat me down. Great people to work wirh. One note....I did not care for the appraiser. He looked at the loan history on the house and was questioning me about my times I had changed loans and mortgages. It wAs none of his business.
