Responsiveness to questions was THE number one thing I asked for and I am very happy to say I could not have asked for better service from VIP and The John Chavez team. I am in the title/escrow industry and work with a lot of lenders that aren't as proactive with providing updates or documentation. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a lending team that they should definitely use John Chavez and his team!

Being a first time home buyer there are definitely a lot of things that one doesn't know. Now building is even worse. But I believe Michelle was very supportive and very understanding. Michelle took time to explain everything in terms that we would understand therefore we weren't really doing anything blindly.

From the vey first time we called Drew and introduced ourselves all the way though to the end Drew couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. We were living out of the Tucson area and he was in constant contact with us through email, phone call and messaging. This is the 5th home we purchased but thanks to Drew, the easiest loan application process. He was referred to us by our son and daughter-in-law.

I was preapproved by two seperate mortgage companies but when it came time to put things together both companies simply didn't want to put forth the work and effort as I had some "out of the norm" circumstances. Michelle and her team (especially Aimee) worked extra hard and didn't give up. They were willing to "jump through hoops" to make my dream home a reality when the others were so quick to turn me away just because they weren't willing to put forth the extra effort.
