Responsiveness to questions was THE number one thing I asked for and I am very happy to say I could not have asked for better service from VIP and The John Chavez team. I am in the title/escrow industry and work with a lot of lenders that aren't as proactive with providing updates or documentation. Being a first time home buyer there are definitely a lot of things that one doesn't know. Now building is even worse. But I believe Michelle was very supportive and very understanding.
