Working with you Matt was great, you always made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process and answered all questions we had. You also did great making sure everything went smoothly and made it work. However, working with Hope we did not have the same experience. There were many times she left Abraham and I very frustrated. Towards the end we started dreading her phone calls, which is unfortunate because it is such an exciting time in life, buying our first home!
