I was in a unique situation so many lenders would not have been able or willing to help me with a refi. I contacted Nova Home Loans and began working with Gregg. Gregg went above and beyond to help my husband and I get into our first home. He informed us about the pathway to purchase program to get down payment assistance, and I was so glad he did. Jefri Wodachol worked hard with me to get the house I really wanted. She walked me through every step, making sure I understood exactly what I was doing. I had to come back to New Mexico and was not looking forward to going back to Phoenix just to sign papers. She had them bring the papers to me, which was such a help.
