Hassle free on both sides of being a buyer and seller. The process was smooth and very quick. The numbers given for closing were as close as it was when we closed. The only thing I would mention that was a negative, was not everyone was aware that I was working with open door as the seller and buyer. This was a unique situation. I was told of this from someone at Open Door. They said I was the first person they worked with who use them for the purchase and the sell of of our home.

This was the first time I had applied for a mortgage. Duncan and his lending team made it painless. What I didn't know he was happy to educate me about (without making me feel uneducated). He works from the premise that financing a home is not something that people do every day and that even intelligent people may no t know how it is done. I really appreciated that. Communication was key for me. Everyone made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Appreciate to even given the chance regarding my situation.
