Ryan is very Customer Service oriented and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. He was very thorough in explaining all the documentation that was sent to us and he took the time that we needed for him to walk us through the numbers on the Loan Estimate. We have a non standard situation and I really appreciate that Ed made it possible for us to build our house the way we want it to and not the way we have to due to standard guidelines. We’re looking forward to live in a unique and high quality house instead of a giant box mad of ticky tacky that looks the same as all the others.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Kelchner for my first mortgage. He was amazing! Very informative and made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand. The whole process can be overwhelming but they make sure to simplify it as much as possible. He was so helpful through out the whole process and was available anytime I needed.
