Overall, I felt Tim and Will were looking after my interests. I felt a level of trust with them that made my family very comfortable with the process. Tim exhibited personal interest to ensure the process went as smooth as possible for us, and explained it thoroughly as we moved through it. Further, he was postured to not let outside influences (such as the VA appraisal concern) delay closing. He was great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.
