Resa kept in constant communication during the whole process. She also communicated well with our realtor. Resa was readily availabe to answer any questions or concerns we would have. She was good in foretelling us the next steps in the process and always alerted us to what things we should know or have available as we continued in the acquisition of a VA loan. Her response was always immediate and she responded via email, text or a phone call. Resa and all of her team were very professional.

Matt was very timely in his communication and was great to work with. We lost our financing with another vendor 11 days before closing and Matt and the VIP mortgage team jumped in within a half hour of our realtor asking for their help. That allowed us to close on the original closing date. That’s an 11 day closing!!!!!! If not for Matt and his team at VIP we would have lost out on a tremendous opportunity, but because of them we now own our dream home.
