From start to finish, the Bates team was very communicative, and followed up when needed. I felt like my loan was a top priority, and they were doing everything they could to close super fast. We got the pre-approval immediately to go shopping for a house, and then once we put in the offer and signed the contract, we closed in about 2 weeks!!! It was super fast and all the team was amazing. Highly recommend.
