Drew was amazing in communication, availability, and working with us to get rates we and payments to where we were comfortable with. Drew worked hard to ensure we were happy with the numbers provided. Always available and provided answers to questions when presenting numbers. Always willing to work to make it better if there was a possibility. Advised on advantage/disadvantage of working numbers one way or the other if it was buy down or seller credits, etc. Extremely pleased with Drew's work and assistance.

First, I advise anyone who is looking to see if they can afford purchasing a home, to reach out to a mortgage company just to see. Having someone crunch numbers for you with up to date rates really puts affordability into perspective.\n\nSecondly, having a mortgage lender review these numbers allows for a plan to be made and created.
