The experience was very smooth for the most part. I was always able to get in contact with Matt or Alex in a timely fashion which was greatly appreciated. They did a good job of informing us of what was going on at each stage in the process. There was some confusion at the end, but that was more a result of an unexpected appraisal and strict time schedule to get the process done, not because of anything on Matt's end. Overall, we were extremely pleased.

My wife and I have utilized Timothy for multiple home loans due to his impeccable service! After our experience we have also referred multiple friends to him, that he has taken care of as well. He is urgent to your needs, is patient and understanding when necessary, and is honest about the real estate and mortgage world. He genuinely cares about his customers and we consider him our friend, not just our "Loan Guy"!! I wouldn't use anyone else for any of my home loan needs!
