This was my 3rd & hopefully our retirement home I’ve purchased since moving to Arizona in 1983. This was by FAR the most stress free simplistic home loan process I’ve ever experienced. Literally everything was electronic except for final documents.

Response times make all the difference. When you are dealing with a stressful situation like buying a home, it makes it much worse if you are not getting responses from anyone you are dealing with. The entire team got back to me very quickly. I had multiple communication avenues. I felt like they valued my business and took great care of us on this journey. Everything went according to plan. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
