Wendy was awesome; I was a first time home buyer and she let me know the options available to me and we were able to do so much of this without me missing work. It was a very efficient and speedy process. Wendy kept me informed every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions that I had no matter how minor they might have been. She is very knowledgeable and had a great support system within her organization. I even closed earlier than expected!

Whether your a first time home buyer, or have purchased many homes, sometimes getting a loan can be difficult. There are a lot of inspections, verifications, and disclosures etc, along the way that can bring a transaction to a sudden halt. Chris was very prompt, clear, and concise when communicating with me throughout the mortgage process. He answered any questions I had and pointed me to the right person if it was out of his scope. When it came to dealing with third parties, he was great at nagging them on my behalf to make sure there were no impediments to closing on time.\n\nOverall, Chris was a hoot to work with and I feel confident he would be a great choice for anyone in need of a lender.

This is the second time I have used Chris to purchase a home. He is the best lender I have found. Easy to get along with, explains everything, and most importantly he is always on top of everything (to be honest he is usually ahead of everything). He is also very timely. Mark Puckett and his team are hands down the best at what the do. With he and his team we made all deadlines on our new build home and can very thankfully say we are homeowners because of this team. With Darci as his Loan Officer Assistant and Crickett as his Processor this team is unstoppable. They stayed in constant communication with us above anything we have ever hoped for.
