If it were not for V.I.P. mortgage I would not have gotten my house which my family loves. The house we bought came on the market and we did not see it until 8p.m. that night. My realtor found out someone else put an offer on the house that day, and got in contact with vip that late and they were able to quickly pre-qualify my loan so that we could put in an offer.
