We love working with Allen! We just purchased our second home with him as our lender, and the process is easy and fast. One of the things that stands out the most to us in comparison to other lenders is his honesty and knowledge about the mortgage business. We worked with Chris on our very difficult loan process. We were doing a VA loan and the rules have changed so much since my husband got out of the service that it was nice seeing someone who knew what we needed before we needed it. Chris was always on top of everything that needed to be done to make sure that we actually got all the information to the UW before it went to them. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Michael Viscusi! This was my first home purchase and he made everything from start to the end extremely easy!
