I was a first time home buyer and Allen and his team made the process very easy, they clearly explained how everything would work and what I needed to do. Allen’s team was amazing they were so quick to respond and helped me every step of the way with any questions I had. I greatly appreciate their hard work and dedication, they truly care about their customers. We closed on our home, February 2016. Allen made the experience a breeze. From the first meeting we felt comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism. Allen and his team were excellent at helping us get through the loan process. They were open and honest every step of the way. Their hardwork and dedication was greatly appreciated. They definitely took the worry out of the process. We were so glad he was referred to us.

We have refinanced a mortgage with Rob Purvis twice and financed a new loan with him in the fall of 2015. He is very reliable and responds to emails and texts quickly. The sales rep at the new house even commented that it seemed that we had a very knowledgeable and responsive lender. There were several dicey aspects to the loan, as we worked with the builder's demands, and Rob intervened several times to smooth the process and to save us money. Good experience with Rob Purvis. I have done several loans, and Rob and his staff are the best. Three loan for three separate tax parcels were performed by Rob and staff, without trouble. These loans were closed on time- remarkable considering there were done remotely.

Rob Purvis and his team gave us a great service, they were very helpful thru the all process to help with resolving problems with the house. They were also very patient, it took over a year to finally get thru the hurdles. Chris Barcley is a great asset for his team. Thank you so much.

Rob's team was very helpful from the time of the pre-approval process until the closing of the home purchase. They worked closely with our realtor and with the insurance agency to make sure that by closing time everything was in order.
