I worked with Chris when he got me my first house at age 23. He was even more impressive this time around. He got myself and my family in a our quicker than expected. He is precise and efficient and does his job very well. No B.S. with him he straight forward. I highly recommend him if you wanted the job done right and be treated fair and quickly.

I have moved 17 times in my military and professional career and this was the most difficult move yet. The task I gave Rob and his team was to close my VA loan in 23 days. I figured if he could get it done in 30 days it would be fantastic, but Rob and his team pushed me for information and documentation and gave me deadlines. We had a very positive experience with VIP Mortgage. We knew we wanted to refinance but we had no idea where to start. I called Ryan with some refinance questions and he was very helpful. It was at least six months after our initial conversation that we decided to refinance. Going in blindly with something like this and not knowing what to expect is scary. Ryan and his assistant Melissa were there for us every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We are very happy with the results.

We had some challenges relocating from Savannah, GA. The house we bought in Vail, AZ could not close for over a month. Rob and his team gather the docs, kept us informed and when closing time came, he was ready with everything we needed. In fact, we recorded and closed (which is completely different from GA) within hours on the same day. Thanks Rob!!!

Very thorough. Went to bat for us when crunch time came :) loved being able to do everything via text or email. No faxing needed. Just the initial visit, one contract signing and signing at title were all the actual office visits needed.

Ryan and his associates were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made my home buying experience pain free! Starting from pre qualifying Ryan took me through each step explaining in detail what I needed to do and all the documents I needed. I never felt intimidated. He was always available when I had a question.
