We hit a few snags along the way during my loan process, but Rob was always there to represent my interests and cut through the hassles we faced over a home appraisal issue. He explained the process to me, where the hang-ups were and fought his way through them. He's a great guy to have on your side during this process. Thanks Rob!

Rob handled every step of my loan process with speed and accuracy. Not only did he have a fantastic turn around time for answering my questions and responding, but his answers were never ambiguous or misleading. I went into this process with a good deal of ignorance and trepidation, but thanks to the great job Rob and his team did, I came through it a happy homeowner.

Mr. Purvis was instrumental in me obtaining a refinance of my home. He definitely knows his job and he does It well. At the time I was going through a difficult period and trying to coordinate the payoff of other outside loans. My sincere appreciation to him and his very competent and cordial staff at VIP Mortgage.

He was always prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. As well as being noligable about the whole process from start to finish. During my refinance he maintaned a professional yet personable experience. I would recommend Rob and his team to my friends and family.

I was pretty much pestered by my rental company to try and buy a home. I was fortunate that they recommended Geoff to be my lender. To make a long story short, the rental company screwed up the closing a week before we had to move. (they wouldn't break the lease legally even though they initiated us to try to buy a home before our lease was up--we had in writing that we wouldn't get in trouble too!) Wendy was very personable and knowledgeable in processing my loan application. She made an otherwise very tedious procedure, enjoyable.She kept me updated all through the process so I never was in doubt about the status of the application. I would definitely refer her to anyone I know wanting to pursue a home loan.

Alisa is a great person to work with. She handled my home purchase. She informed me of all of my options and made recommendations of the best path. She stayed on top of all of my paperwork and transactions. After closing, she followed up to make sure everything was alright. Several months later, she contacted me and made recommendations of refinancing that saved me several hundreds dollars a month. Yes, I do recommend Alisa Glitz.
