Work recently (Q4 2013) to purchase a property for investment in the Phoenix area. Bill has put together a great team, providing on-time and experienced advice relating to all the financial questions I had. Not being local and living in the Bay-Area, his communication was critical and timely through the entire process ensuing things happened on-time to ensure the sale went through without a hitch.

Bill was very responsive and did a great job at helping us complete our loan process. He came into a difficult loan process and help us complete the loan in a timely manner.
