Bill was very helpful in getting us a loan for a house we were purchasing. He was very patient with my impatience regarding the crazy new requirements implemented by the government since the housing crisis. He also helped us find a good rate and actually allowed the rate to drop then lock us in.

I contacted Bill Morin after trying to modify my loan due to hardship. I was not approved so I reached out to Bill. He was so helpful and patient as I went around to do my "shopping" with different banks. VIP not only offered the best deal but no other mortgage broker even measured up in any way to the customer service and follow through that Bill provided. Wendy was the best she made me feel like I was her only client. She way exceeded my expectation. She also was very patient because the first house I put in a offer on took six months and it fell thru. the next house only took 20 days to close. I was so exited. I highly recommend her!

Wendy, was wonderful even after we closed on our loan she was very nice. During the process of our loan she was very helpful in explaining and helping with what ever she could. I highly recommend her.

Wendy did a great job working to secure our loan. She ensured we had everything necessary to conduct the closing, including processing the paperwork necessary for a VA loan.\nShe made it all understandable and remained available and responsive througout the process. She's very approachable, friendly, and upbeat. I'd recommend her services to anyone.
