There was lots of miscommunication on how and where the 2 1/2% cash from the builder and lender. was to be used. During the process, this led me to think I was actually getting($3,000-$5,000) more than I actually received. This caused much more stress than I needed throughout the process.

As a first time home buyer with zero knowledge of the process Martin really took the time to break information down to where I fully understood everything! The communication was the best and I really appreciate his dedication to his clients!! Even when I had questions after hours or on weekends he did not ever hesitate to answer in a timely manner!
