I used Rob for my home loan about 5 years ago. What I respected most, was that he knew I was nervous. His assistant brought me back and til me I had to wait to sign them until Rob got there. When he did he talked to me to make sure that I felt comfortable about making this huge step. Just him doing that, made me feel better. Austin and his team went above and beyond for me in two ways. On a previous home and the one that I just purchased. Super smooth process, easy interface to upload documents, and clear communication at every turn. The only thing that I would’ve done differently, is having the engineering inspection done at the same time as the home inspection. But fortunately, everything was able to stay on track and go across the finish line without a hitch. Thank you!
