Michelle was always helpful and seem to be on top of things despite some of the hurdles that we ran into.
It was so Great going through Rob! His office walked us through every aspect of buying a home especially when we lived in a different state. They were always patient and kind when I couldn’t figure out paper work and signing docs from a far. I would absolutely use them again! In fact this is my second time with them! I even refinanced a california home through them.
Eric and his team are communicative, prompt and diligent. Easily the most reliable vendor I recommend to clients.
Proactiveness
Drew proactively updated me without over communicating. It was always relevant and it seemed he and his team were actively looking for better mortgage/rate options for me. His team was patient with me as I traveled a great deal during the underwriting period when they needed information. I appreciate their team work and their heart for taking care of their clients.

Where do I even begin! Marcia is the best lender I've ever worked with. Fast, Knows her job well, doesn't promise something she can't deliver. If she issues my client a prequalification letter I know that my buyers have nothing to worry about. All of buyers are able to relax and enjoy their buying experience when Marcia is their lender. When I can avoid it I wouldn't use anyone else. I only refer Marcia when a buyer comes to me to purchase a home.
