Start to finish, Tyler was in communication, clear on instructions and documents needed, let me know where we were in the process, and just generally stayed in touch to stay on top of other elements that went into this transaction. He coordinated with my Real Estate people and my 1031 guy and the builders to ensure that everything was done right.

He took the time to educate me on all of my loan options, covering the pro's and con's of each type by the different property types I was considering. I forgot to mention that my credit was horrible at the beginning of this process but Nadia did the imposible go make this happen. She got me a very good deal .
