Kyle explained everything in a manner that we could understand. We felt empowered with knowledge about the type of loan that would be best for us. Kyle’s communication with every step of the process was clear. We appreciated that he texts as we can’t always answer the phone while working. We had a very tight turn around time for closing and he made it happen. The secure portal system was easy to use and we appreciated all of the email updates with our loan status. Marni made the purchase of our home easy and painless. From frequent communication to the application platform I felt that everything was organized and that our data was secure. Marni also made the process feel personal. She always was quick to answer a phone call, text or email...making us feel like we mattered. Topping it off, she showed up to our closing with a nice little house-warming gift. I've never had my loan officer show up to a closing before; let alone give us a gift. Marni is the best!
