The great news is there were no issues and the transaction closed early. I'm sure it was a little different type of transaction although I would have liked more direct communication as I'm used to with my preferred lender.

My client was very satisfied with their experience which in turn made it very smooth for myself. The only down negative was that the loan status updates were not automatically generated every 10 days.

Our experience with AMCAP was an extremely great one, thanks to our contact Lydia! She was beyond amazing and attentive towards us!
