Great communication and response times!
Resa kept updating us on the progress, she offered to help pay for some of the appraisal. Because no one would do the appraisal so she had to offer more money to get it done. Had a difficult time getting the Title company to get us the approval for the loan because some how some way we still have a lien on our home. Thank You Resa
