Matthew is an EXCELLENT communicator. Towards the end when we were trying to close, we were having a lot of difficulty with closing on time (after our closing date and time had been delayed and miscommunicated multiple times due to poor communication from our builder), Matt was extremely on top of closing the loop and doing everything he could from his end to make sure we were able to close at the time we all agreed upon. I am not getting any call back for another loan that I have in progress. Service is great but Patti is so busy, that I am not getting any up dates for Loan In Progress
John and his team were communicative and easy to work with
