After reading all of Brian's other reviews, I have nothing more to say. He is by far and above more than anybody has ever said. Five stars do not do him justice. He went far beyond any of my expectations in working to help my wife and I purchase our first home. I don't just recommend him I would tell you to start with him! You won't have to work with anyone else!
Bob helped me create a plan to reduce debt, increase my credit score, refinance and ultimately drop my PMI and reduce my monthly payments. Referred me to others for financial and tax advice. Quick response times and Jake’s support to get through the documentation, inspection and appraisals quickly was a great experience!
During pre qualification, I was shopped for best rate. When time to closing I felt I was advised that rates might go higher in the next few weeks , so I was kinda given a decision to lock in my rate . Come to find out rates went lower in the next few days - I felt cheated. I have an excellent credit, long years and with no outstanding debts except my home and I was given a higher rate with buying points . I had an awful experience trying to refinance with my previous lender, US bank. After nearly 6 months working with them with a “locked in” rate they simply dropped my loan and were unresponsive. Jeff was amazing, professional and quite literally came to my rescue turning over and closing this loan within two weeks from first initiating it with VIP mortgage.
