Ryan was very responsive with everything, great communication.
After I conveyed the urgency of contacting me before traveling, documents were reviewed in earnest. Once I returned, there was good communication with everyone. The title company was a slow in communication and somewhat non-communicative.
Drew and his team went above and beyond, keeping us informed, always immediately responsive and very inclusive in every step of the way.
Robert made the entire process so easy. From explaining everything in terms I could I understand, to going above and beyond through all the steps of our refinance. Not to mention being available after hours when most just turn the phone off. We thought going in that this is going to suck.
