This was actually the 2nd time we used the services of Suburban Mortgage and the same contact Melissa Diamond. First time was to get the original mortgage on our home and the most recent was a refi. Both times "smooth as silk". Melissa walked us through the process and kept us informed throughout. Never found a time where we were "wondering" where things stood.
