Brian didn’t a great job explaining the mortgage jargon to me throughout the entire process and explaining why each decision was made. He also worked hard to get me to closing on time even though the property appraisal threatened to delay the process. I can’t recommend him enough.

Duncan and Diana were very diligent in getting all the info needed to process a loan for us. The process was long but it was all done over the internet, through emails, and I felt very well taken care of. I'm sure the loan process is just as long, if not longer, if we did this process in person. So, I appreciated that I didn't have to drive any where to sign papers to get this loan.
