The staff at Virginia Eye Institute was absolutely wonderful. I came in feeling horrible and in pain and left with a smile on my face and feeling so much better. The desk clerk and nurse were sensitive to the fact that I was in a lot of pain and were both comforting. Dr. Han (forgive me i am spelling this incorrectly, I couldn’t really see!) was so helpful, gentle, and patient with me. I Am a 66 year old man that has lived with a “lazy” eye most of my life. I decided to finally get advice and take action to correct this. I made an appointment with Doctor Inna Marcus with the Virginia Eye Institute. The experience from the initial interview to the surgery was fantastic, as well as follow up appointments. Doctor Marcus was very professional and caring during the whole process. I am appreciative of the care from Doctor Marcus and her staff and look forward to this improving my quality of life.
This is my second time going to VA Eye Institute for my eye exam and for my eyeglasses.The staff is always friendly and professional.The eye doctors are great and very thorough.The Facility off of Huguenot Road,in Richmond VA,is the best.The only thing that I didn’t like was the hour wait to be seen by a clerk to help me get a pair of eyeglasses.Once I was helped,everything was good.I had a great experience overall.
