Dr Knape, his office manager and technicians are excellent as are those at the front desk. I have always had great care at the Huguenot Rd office.
Dr. Jones and Dr. Ladd are top notch physicians. If you need eye care they are definitely the doctors to see

Excelent med care. Getting in touch with Dr.’s Nurse to reschedule an appointment can be frustrating. I left numerous messages in last 2 weeks trying to change the date for my procedure but nobody is returning my calls. 👎
VA. Eye Institute has been treating my eyes for health issues associated with diabetes. My eyesight is much better because of their services.
We began seeing Dr. Brown at VEI with my son around age 1. Dr. Brown has a warm, kind, & kid-approved bed-side manner with children and gentle but honest bedside manner with scared parents. My son has undergone 2 operations with her and the process was very smooth from first appointment to last. VEI has a wonderful operations staff who are always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
