From beginning to end, my experience was great! Because of past experiences at other practices, I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff made me feel comfortable and re-assured me that all would be well, and it was.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed the staff and dentist were very welcoming. The dentist explained the procedure beforehand and afterward the post surgery follow up calls were reassuring. I recommend anyone requiring a dental procedure use their services.

Professional, Friendly, and Caring. My experience at the Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery (Monument Ave location) was great. I didn't love that they made me wear a mask when entering (the pandemic has been over for awhile now, and I don't appreciate anyone taking away my free choice), but that is truly my only complaint. The staff was professional, very friendly, and they got me in and out quickly. they listened to my concerns, answered questions, and were very caring.
