ANTHONY WAS WONDERFUL BUT THE SERVICE AND MECHANIC NOT SO MUCH AND ALMOST GOT TO AN ACCIDENT WITH VEHICLE THEY PICKED TRUCK UP AND HAD A LIST OF THINGS UNSAFE WRONG WITH TRUCK AND THEY DROPPED TRUCK OFF WHILE AT WORK AND FOUND NOTHING DONE ON VEHICLE BUT BRAKE LINE AND KEEP IN MIND ONLY HAD IT FOR ONE DAY JUST WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK
Worst experience ever with buying a vehicle. I've had better experiences with a buy here pay here place. They sell nice looking cars with problems. They don't advise you correctly.
Got that car last November which is still winter. Summer came, turned out the AC didn't work. They have me run around and in the end they said that they won't do it since that over 6 months.I was sitting in the sauna for a week because of the AC that didn't work and in the end after I have enough money, I fixed the AC and turned out, the lower control arm was broke down. I am stuck with an 8,724 $ fee to fix this car I got from them everytime I took it back it came bk worse til it just didn’t work no more and they ghost me on the phone I can’t get around to get up there can’t do shopping or nothing cause I brought a 14,009$ car that needs 8700 $ worth or work soon as u get a car go get the real diagnosis from a shop not auto zone
Absolutely do not recommend this dealership. I messaged with Melissa multiple times and kept getting the run around about the car that I was asking for. She kept trying to show me a different car and I kept telling her that I was calling about the one they had on their website. She apologized and said yes, the car that I wanted was on the lot. Bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone,quick to pass the buck to someone else,calling the better business bureau
Going off the reviews and what I have seen thus far the cars are flood cars and how do you sell these overpriced cars $15k for 132000 on the odometer wtf….
They wanted a review so bad.. well here it is : Billy and Sony are the worst. Sold me 1 car that the features didn’t work at all, took it back, got another car and charged me for it.. car makes noise when going 40mph. I hate it and the car. Called to return it and Sony said the bank owns the car. Called the bank and they said my paperwork is NOT FINALIZED and that I can return the car at any time for my reason.
