Found a car on car fax it was a 2009 Hyundai Santa fe that was listed for $7,595. Went to the dealership next day spoke with Anthony. Was told that there was a covid cleaning charge of $2,000 dollars. This would have brought the vehicle to $9,595 right? NOPE. Was told to drive away today it would be $11,000 dollars WITHOUT taxes and tags. Don't recommend they were nice and tried to get me to buy a car by saying they would sell it for $10,000 but again without taxes and tags. My son bought a car here in December. No title and no registration almost 4 months later. When we do get to speak to someone, they give us the runaround or send us to someone else’s voicemail. We keep being told the DMV is backed up however my other son got his registration in less than 2 weeks. My son can not drive his car due to no known registration even filed with the DMV. Very dishonest business practices! We have pursued legal actions at this time.

Saw a vehicle listed on car gurus. Made an appointment the day before and was told the vehicle I was interested in was still available. Drove 90 minutes only to be told the car was magically sold the night before. Tried to sell me something similar. Not what I came for!Would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know the vehicle was no longer available. And of course, the vehicle is still listed. 👎

DO NOT GO HERE, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Purchased a 2010 Toyota Sequoia from Vista Auto Group on 2/19/2020. Back window didn’t work ( no big deal, said they’d fix it) On 3/2 took the truck to get serviced because we were driving to Florida on 3/14. Toyota of Runnemede state’s to my husband: “ this truck should’ve never been sold, it’s completely rusted underneath, it had been sitting in water” Contacted Billy right away, assured us that his Service Manager, Sonny, would look at it and fix it.
