The lobby and dining area were very clean. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were nice with updated flooring.

The predominant feature was the choice of a 2-bdrm unit which no other SV facilities offered! The staff here, in all capacities (support staff, medical, maintenance & sales) are genuinely engaging and reassuring whether performing a task or in passing on the property. Yes, I would recommend the community to others.

The front line staff work hard and love what they do. The new owners are a lot more corporate than prestige assisted living was. You can definitely tell the difference in focus now, it's all about the $ vs the residents. Communication and follow through regarding medical and non medical issues/concerns is poor.

Staff is wonderful and caring. Rooms are nice. [name removed] has a nice one bedroom but the studios are nice as well. The food is good. They do have things for the residents to do. My brother just doesn't attend them very often.

What we like the most about the community are the people and yes, we would recommend Vista Pointe at Sierra Vista to other families.
None of the staff is rude or mean. Some are very friendly and Mom likes them. Some are mote average, but still fine.The everyday care is good. Sometimes it's hard to set up things like a haircut or podiatry. It's very expensive. But they handle everything with the expertise I don't have, have pleasant surroundings, and Mom is happy there. Considering all that and the cost of everything now, I don't think they are gouging, but it's painfully expensive, especially as the person needs more care.

All 5 stars. They do seem to deliver what they promise, and Mom has been doing fine there. I don't worry between visits that she's neglected or mistreated at all.

This community is good as anything in town and works out for my loved one. Some of the staff are really good and some of them are not. My parents wanted to stay in the room and I felt like they did not do a good job of encouraging the residents to come out. From what I seen there were games, and movies and more but nothing outside of the community and very stimulating for the residents to do. I just think that they could have more activities.

This seems to be a pretty decent place for my friend. I would recommend my family go here if they had to. The staff seem to really care and it is a smaller community.
