Ordered pizza for delivery, my food arrived ahead if the time promised and hot-this pizza is delicious and my new favorite in Plainfield. I also tried the calamari and was surprised and the size of the order for the price and how great it paired with the dipping sauce.
Went to Cafe Italia last evening and had another great meal.We enjoy this restaurant because of the great food. Most of all the hard-working owner and the entire staff. BYOB is also a plus if you're looking for a great meal and a nice friendly atmosphere this is the place
My family has been going to Cafe Italia for over 20 years! We love the owner,staff and extremely good food! You can always count on hot food and good service. The owner works as hard as his staff. Now that's rare! It's very cozy and we can always get a table for two or four or a table for 12 when we take the family. The Yelp review on Cafe Italia was very high for a retail store-front restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. We met some friends from Dallas for dinner. Since it was a BYOB place, the Tuscany wine was excellent. ;-) Decor was well done in the "small Italian taverna" motif. The good was ok, not great. The pizza was good, I would pass on the chicken parm, the sauce was not authentic enough, lacked taste. Also, their delivery was 30 minutes later than originally promised.
I recently visited Vita Bella South, The restaurant Looked very nice and clean The staff Was extremely friendly And helpful. I want to pick up my pizza And when I open the box it did not look exactly what I ordered I voiced my concern And the chef Was completely understanding And made my pizza all over again Exactly the way I wanted. We highly recommend Cafe Italia (Ira Woods Grapevine location). Nick and his team are awesome. The food is amazing! Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. We went to this place for dinner. The service was good. We ordered veg pan duplex pizza, one of the amazing pizza stuff with full veggies. Ambiance is also good. I would recommend this place.
Friendly staff, good prices. Food is average in my opinion. I do come from NY though and have had a lot of quality Italian
