What an amazing Italian restaurant. It's not big but has enough tables and seems to turn them around fairly quickly. We stopped in on a weeknight and it was busy but they sat us right down. The service is five star . Friendly waiters and always checking to see if you need anything. I had the fettuccine sauce with tortellini and chicken. It was scrumptious and so huge. I left half a plate. Loved their homemade bread they bring out. We were so stuffed and very happy when we left!
Great food, service, and get this... magic tricks! Loved it! Had the shrimp scampi tasted great. Also was given free shots once we finished our meal.

Note that, there are two "Cafe Italias" in Grapevine. This review is for the one on Ira E. Woods/Highway 26 (the other is located closer to downtown Grapevine). Both have almost identical menus, which may mean they are somehow connected or are just copying each other. A lot of people love the Ira E. Wood location and that's fine. Very nice waitstaff and good food. We just got out the airport and wanted food fast. We saw the number of reviews and said this has to be decent. Deserves all the stars it has gotten. Food had great flavor. Red sauce was high quality as it didn't give me any heart burn. Portion size is enough for a hungry person. My only qualm is that it was a bit on the expensive side. Two chicken entrees and an app $60. Prices vary per area for a variety of reasons so I'm not mad and would go again but just be aware.
Vodka pasta was absolutely life changing. Not only was the food fantastic, so was the service. I went for my birthday dinner and after enjoying a wonderful meal I got to experience the most mind blowing magic tricks known to man. Highly highly recommend!!
Why 5 stars? Because the vodka sauce could end wars. --- --- --- I have had this place bookmarked from previous visits to Grapevine and we finally made it a priority to stop in this time.
