Overall, very well. There were some questions on items that arose at one point I felt we could have used some assistance. At the end of close of escrow we had a significant overage, somehow a conversation took place with the other buyer (Heather Lammers) and a decision was made to refund monies to her and Alana Kelly; those over-funds were mine and Sharon Sweet. We went through two different loan officers and they were not able to get us approved. We were very nervous because of our ratio. She helped us every step of the way from the beginning to the end.
