Overall, very well. There were some questions on items that arose at one point I felt we could have used some assistance. At the end of close of escrow we had a significant overage, somehow a conversation took place with the other buyer (Heather Lammers) and a decision was made to refund monies to her and Alana Kelly; those over-funds were mine and Sharon Sweet.
