Selling units in this market isn’t easy, but Gill and her colleagues got the job done and I believe got the best deal possible in the current conditions. The communication was excellent and we enjoyed working with Gill.

Having previously engaged Gill to sell a property I went straight to Vivians to sell my second property. Trent is a hard-working, honest, and straightforward agent, and easy to work with; he was very responsive, and made himself available whenever required. He was very knowledgeable about the market, especially Fremantle and surrounds, and I appreciated that he was transparent and realistic about price expectations. He was able to sell my apartment in a competitive market, I think largely because he was very diligent at following up with prospective buyers without being pushy. I would recommend.
Great! Trent really knows the local market and what is required to get the job done. I am a very time-poor person, and Trent did all of the leg-work getting this across the line. He and his team really stepped up the plate to keep me informed of all updates, and was only a couple weeks turn around from being put on the market to sold!
Gill was extremely supportive, diligent and..well to be honest ..more amazing than any other real estate agent I've ever known. She is down to earth and a straight shooter who followed up all leads immediately. Gill kept us completely involved and in the loop with all aspects of the process and progress on our sale. Her talent for sniffing out the buyers who were keener than others and likely to return to the property is like no other-years of experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Gill!
From the moment we walked in the home, we could tell Gill was keen to sell it to someone who would love the house as much as the current owner did. She was friendly & straight up without all the BS that is usually spruiked by real estate agents. Gill was not overly pushy & constantly liaised with us throughout the whole process. She was so engaging & personal that we enlisted her to sell our own home too as we were so confident she would deliver a sale in a tight timeframe- and YES she did!
Gill was, quite frankly, amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us to sort out every detail of buying and in our case a more complex issue that needed sorting. We got the result we wanted and were happy buyers. She is straight, honest, easy to deal with and has a fantastic sense of humour.
