I sold my place in Mosman Park with Trent and the Vivian's team in May 2022.From day 1 they were excellent, it sold before going to market and we got what we wanted on price. Vivian's team is terrific... and reachable by phone. They have a personal touch, are switched on, knowledgeable and courteous - a welcome change. Inspected day 1, was respectfully informed others would be there, as smooth as, no bs, no selling, made an offer day 3 and on day 5 had acceptance, settled day 24. When I move on, I will have no hesitation to list with Trent/Vivian's Real Estate.
